Tuesday night:

Come out and join us for a run @ 5:30 pm tonight...we will meet at the New Balance store and then head to the lakefront.

Bastille Day 5K:

Saturday morning time change:

Hey everyone...summer is offically here.  In order to beat the heat our Saturday morning runs will move to 7 a.m. starting June 12th.

Hope to see all of you out with us..and bring your running friends too. :)

Upcoming: Tuesday night runs starts June 8th

Now that summer is here...we will be having Tuesday night runs.  We will gather at the New Balance Chicago store @ 5:30 for stretching and depart @ 5:45 for the run.

The run will vary each week...some mid-week distance runs, tempo runs and fartleks.
